Foods I
Instructor: Brenda Wilson   

This course will provide students with an understanding of relationships between diet and health, and the selection and preparation of foods to satisfy needs.  Students will also learn basic skill development and a basic understanding of the importance of food, resource management, food preparation skills, organizing a kitchen, selecting and preparing foods, and how to relate proper food choices to good health and disease prevention.
